1. People who don't like how this country is going could trade places with a go-getter, liberty-inclined refugee who would otherwise be going to socialist Europe.
2. Forced birth control of refugees then accept them. They can go off the Depo when they go home.
3. Nukes (Refugees or ISIS or whichever problem is easier to solve.)
4. The images of refugees I saw included many fighting-age men & women. The solution is obvious and it doesn't involve the U.S.
I've got more ideas: solutions are actually pretty easy if you ignore the best interests of the other side.
