We have seen this with Biden.

Harris is useless as a VP as well. The bar to show Mental incompetence is high for a reason. it can't be used “just because they don't like a person in power.”

They have to show true incompetence and inability.

Biden has shown this through the 2020 campaign and current presidency.

Harris has not shown anything less of general incompetence and inability to understand/relate at best to any form of situational awareness during the same timeline.
