A graph outlining his risk factors labeled him a six for the risk of new criminal activity, the most severe rating available. He received a four for a risk of failure to appear for future court dates.
The investigator also recommended pretrial supervision and a mental health evaluation.
Yet the assistant district attorney and court commissioner on the case set his bail at $1,000 anyway.
Both the ADA and the court commissioner should be hung for their lack of ability to do their jobs right.

Well, it came out this guy was a 6 out of 6 when it came to being a potential of doing something "bad" again... yet he was let out with 1k bail...
Fucking hell, this makes me pissed off.
That's our legal system.
Go easy on the freeloadeers and grifters at the top and bottom. Freeloaders on the bottom have nothing to give you, and only cost you to jail them. People with Fuck You money make it unprofitable to go after them.
That leaves you and I at the mercy of the wolves.
It's not a justice system, but it's how our law works.

The sad thing is they don't differentiate between the one who outright was looking to go out and kill people and the other defending himself from being attacked.
