Were are on the edge of this thing going kinetic. War Reporter Michael Yon, who's watched multiple civil wars blow up says we have all the conditions in place for this thing to go hot. We are a drought stricken forest waiting for a spark.

I do like your solution of how this could pull us back from the edge.

My one thing I would like to add is you talk about there is no room to compromise, between Egalitarians and Libertyists. It should be noted in discussions of compromise, that one side has done all the compromising for the last 30 years. We've finally reached the point where there is no more room to compromise. The Egalitarians haven't compromised at all. They are spoiled children that always get their candy by throwing a tantrum in the grocery store, it's time for a spanking.

I have modified my thinking somewhat since I wrote that script: now I think that Libertyists have already lost, and the two evenly-matched sides are the Socialists vs. the Fascists, both of which are authoritarian. I'm not rooting for either side because whichever one wins, liberty won't be resurrected, at least what an old-timer (MAGA) like me calls "liberty." Liberty = Opportunity X Freedom, but with Socialism there is no freedom, and with Fascism there is no opportunity.

I'm strangely optimistic in these dark times. I loved the Tim Pool - Steve Bannon talk. I may be crazy but I agree with Bannon, there is a popular uprising coming against the Elites, and it's global.

I would say it started a couple years ago. They were able to mute it with COVID, but this thing isn't stopping, because the same problems exist, that is average people are increasingly being treated as serfs by the ruling class.
