According to the ADVChina guys (serpentza and C-milk) on YT, who've lived in China for over a decade and speak Mandarin, Chinese people consider both being disabled and fat a great source of shame.





Would not be surprised if a company of mostly Chinese (from/in China) employees, mostly used to their own culture, simply handle certain people like they'd do in their home country.
