Maybe people should require a motorcycle licence to drive a motorcycle and have to pass an actual test to be allowed to drive one on city streets... a licence which could be taken away if say you had a medical condition that made it dangerous to drive one...
I bet the MRA would lobby against that though.

Well it clearly would violate the constitutional amendment the right to keep and ride motorcycles.
