Consider that some people are just fine with distribution of capital and income, just not by idiots in the federal city with no skin in the game other than personal rent-seeking. Pretending that any kind of allocation by the state and its "experts" is benign requires the child-like faith/hand-waving of the Distributionists / Chesterton fanbois (Honestly, this is the concept that comes to mind when you use the term "libertarian."). Even anarcho-capitalists would probably agree to prosecute theft and fraud, and even take steps to prevent it, but forget about the prior restraint hooey. We cannot intellectualize away the Pareto Principle; it's like pretending that gravity can be manipulated supernaturally.
