Remember the 1990s and Our “Prejudices”
I recall that being the trendy word in the 90s. You weren’t racist when you crossed the street from an oncoming group of black teenagers, you were prejudiced against them in their intent.
That may be where we are Fucking up pretty bad. Racism = genocide. Bottom line, if you are racist you would genocide the race you are racist against if given the opportunity.
There are commonly held prejudices we used to talk about like, if you were gay you probably got aids from being gay. You don’t call it prejudice now, you call transphobic or something right??
Prejudice. I like that word.

It doesn't matter one way or another because only white males can be prejudiced

See that’s one reason why they don’t use that word anymore.California wrote:It doesn't matter one way or another because only white males can be prejudiced
Literally anyone can be prejudice.

Exactly.
And when you tell them this, how you are "pre-judging" someone and therefore, "prejudiced" you usually start getting the ad hominems thrown at you

How bout when you say you are basing your prejudices on metrics like crime statistics?California wrote:Exactly.

Then what do they have?

They claim the statistics are a result of institutionalized racism; i.e white criminals are not prosecuted and innocent black people are framed for all the violent crime that coincidentally is correlated to the presence of their demographic.

People will go to great lengths to dismiss any facts which indicate their views are false.
For SJWs reality denial can be a full time job.

Well, being a cut above the SJWs I'm sure you wouldn’t rush to be dismissive of these facts.DBTrek wrote:People will go to great lengths to dismiss any facts which indicate their views are false.

Of course this too is spinnable. “black people are only disproportionately exonerated because the system is slanted against exonerating innocent whites.”While black people represent 13% of the US population, they represent a whopping 47% of the 1,900 exonerations in the registry.
