Pretty sure its just city workers....

No constitutional way they could push this on the private sections....

What is wrong with not being able to force employees to work after hours for no pay?

We have an EU law where an employer can't make you work more than 48hrs a week. You can still choose to do so if you wish but you can't be forced to.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

There's no way Wall Street is going to let this law go through. Shit, I have needed check into work at all hours of the day, depending on what's happening, because that's the fucking job. Are they planning to ban exempt employees?

Also, what sort of fucked-up, bloated government bureaucracy do they need to enforce this?

I'd say it has no chance, but then I remember they banned soda size unless you are 7-11. :lol:
