Here's some things that would reduce the wealth stratification somewhat:

Student Loan debt: Fed buys it then forgives it
CC debt: Fed buys it then forgives it
Pensions: Already insured by the Federal Pension Guarantee Corp
Infrastructure: Fed finances it then forgives it

What does wealth equality even mean? Would it somehow be okay if we were all poorer, but had equal wealth? I could move to Cuba for that.
