Thanks for the reminder, grumpy Bjorn.
What books you sending me this year?
What's "weed hating" about disagreeing with people who (feel a) need to justify and legitimize their consumption of intoxicants when asked, with some faux-high minded bullshit or with how somebody
else benefits from their intoxicants, instead of just answering: "Because I
want to"? You wanna get high? Get high. Wanna make money off of weed sales? Make some money, get rich, enjoy yourself. As long as you don't drive high, operate heavy machinery, perform heart surgery... don't care.

She's cancer free now. During the treatments, she used pot to alleviate symptoms. it also helped her eat. (Makes you hungry and gets rid of nausea.)
Sure, for cancer sufferers and similar with no possibility of working again, it can have legit medicinal uses. Most people don't use it for that, though. It would be like morphine addicts running around arguing how good morphine is for pain relief in severe chronic pain cases and using that as an argument for why
they use it. People shouldn't need any other reason than: "I like smoking weed, therefore I smoke weed".
