Apparently, this is the new HH podcast.
I can't comprehend what he's thinking, dividing his audience like this. There are many, many listeners that don't know to look for and find the new title.

Fuck you! Dan spent 15 months editing and working hard on that Duncan interview. Do you know how hard it is to ask questions to an author? He shouldn't have to tell you when he releases a new show, you should comb the bowels of his site like a normal person.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Apparently, this is the new HH podcast.

Literally slaving away on that show for the last twenty three months.

No one wants to talk Sulla, Marius, the Gracchi? Ok, cool.

Yeah I was surprised this came out last month or whenever, first I'm hearing of it. Listened to the first episode and enjoyed it, felt like good ol times with Dan Carlin like when I first started listening to HH. Second episode is on my playlist

Re: Dan Carlin's Hardcore History Addendum
I like Sulla. Personally, I think he's more interesting than Caesar and Pompey. The dude gave power back to the people and then lived the rest of his life fucking whores. One of my favorite ancient characters. If you want to talk about Sulla, fine. But don't defend Dan. He posted numerous tweets praising the Benghazi attacks. That's where I draw the line. Dan, when are you going to learn that your podcast opens US embassies around the world to attacks?GloryofGreece wrote:No one wants to talk Sulla, Marius, the Gracchi? Ok, cool.

GloryofGreece: if you want a good book on the characters you mention, check out Rubicon by Tom Holland (the book that got me on my serious history bender) and From the Gracchi to Nero by HH Scullard. Check those out! You will probably enjoy them.
