I know OR (&WA?) allows you to grow up to 6 plants (IIRC) for "personal use", seems like a more sane idea. That being said, technically that still probably leaves you open to the Feds coming in, raiding your property, and confiscating your property/home as an asset forfeiture?

Yeah, the feds are going to use this little sword of damocles to do whatever-the-hell-they-feel-like, for a long time. It's pretty much carte-blanche to override the Constitution.
