Black Friday Hunger Games: 2017 Edition
Welcome back, everyone! Welcome welcome welcome ha ha ha!!
We're back for another lovely Black Friday Games, and the anticipation is building. People will shove, people will fight, people will be trampled to death in Walmarts across the nation for your amusement! And, of course... PROFITSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS yes.... Yes my darlings, it's here again. Are you ready for carnage? Excitement? Schadenfreude??
Here are some highlights from past Black Friday Games....
Lovely.. Lovely, yes...
Our annual reminder of just exactly what human beings are, and how we'll look during any disturbance. Valuable information to have! Here then, let's see an actual food riot from Morocco this week....

Re: Black Friday Hunger Games: 2017 Edition
My last black Friday participation was in 1985 or something. It's the best day of the year to stay home and veg.... or, be out of town on vacation. I know people who absolutely look forward to getting their asses off the couch on Thursday night to go save $40 on the new TV. Idiots.
Account abandoned.

My girlfriend now wife has been going Friday shopping with her mom and sometimes sister as well...I don't get it really and now it's labeled as some quasi tradition. The over saturation of consumerism is nauseating, but its been with the west for decades. Online shopping will pretty much kill it in another 5-10 years. Then it's virtual shopping and living that will be creepy and disturbing.
The good, the true, & the beautiful

Re: Black Friday Hunger Games: 2017 Edition
I'm paying my dues on Thanksgiving for the real payoff -- Black Friday.
By about noon on Black Friday, I'll be up at the Secure and Remote at Kentucky Lake, with about 4 or so good hours of daylight left in the woods. Then, Black Friday evening cooking and cocktails on the back deck and a roaring fire. Then comes the real treat -- Black Saturday and Black Sunday in the woods (and hopefully getting some meat to the packer), including some intermittent football.
Black, black, dark, indeed.
What's not to love about a Black Friday+weekend ??? :goteam: :drunk:

I have to go to Wallyworld to get some chicken breasts and vegetables at some point. Definitely didn't plan that out well.

Budget. The nearly $300 stamp tax to drive my Jeep each year was a bitch.

When you’re wrestling a ghetto mama for a chicken breast, you can consider your life choices.
