This should be interesting... especially with how everything is digital today... will anything they come up with really be more secure?

Good luck defending that to the folks that put money into that system, by force, and telling them tough titties. End welfare and crack down on SS disability abusers first. Here is an example for you, I have several rental homes and one couple that rents from us are both on disability. Both are in their early fifties and they both could physically work IMO and most likely yours as well. Yet they are bringing in a combined $2,700 a month and get fucking food stamps.

Including our taxes... so to say it is illegal to use it any other way but its original purpose is like saying that rain is wet and the sun is hot.
