A suspected neo-Nazi cell within the British Army is at the centre of police investigation as four serving soldiers are among those arrested for allegedly being part of a banned extremist group.
Five men have been held - including one on a British Army base in Cyprus - on suspicion of being members of National Action which became the first far-right group banned by the Government after they glorified the murder of MP Jo Cox.
The details emerged after West Midlands Police revealed that they had swooped at addresses across the country to arrest four men on " on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism"
Dan Jarvis, the Labour MP and a former British Army Major, said: “Membership of any kind of neo-nazi or terrorist group should not be tolerated anywhere in society, let alone in an organisation dedicated to serving and protecting the public.
"Much of the British Army’s reputation was forged in fighting fascism, and no one should confuse patriotism with the kind of far right nationalism of which these soldiers are accused.”
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

That freak you out, Monte? Or are you good with it?
I don't know enough about the Brits to tell if this is a valid concern or a witch hunt.
Are these guys dangerous, politician-murdering, anti-democratic thugs?
Or are they Nationalists, Brexit-type, patriotic, conservatives that are being railroaded?

Not many details out yet but the police seem to be treating them as the former. Just belonging to a proscribed organisation like National Action can get you a maximum sentence of ten years. Same with banned Islamic organisations.

They were/are/knew(?) members of National Action. A nationalist organization that was outlawed about a year ago. I find the Neo-Nazi term to be a bit of a catch all of course but I'm not sure how much they were pro Nazism. They were probably closer to an Eli Mosley form of fascism in principle.
Anyway, there are no details. They were arrested for terrorism but it's unknown why other than the fact they were either currently members of NA, kept in contact with former NA members, or were at one time somehow associated with NA.

Meanwhile the jihadis are mass raping their daughters, blowing up tween concerts, and crushing Britons under stolen trucks. But feel safe, Britons, the whites who complain about all that are getting rounded up!

Kind of a catch isn't it? Get pissed off and want to organize with fellow like minded people and get labled a terrorist. Unless you're a commie.
Looking at the wiki entry, it doesn't look like they have ever been responsible for any actual terrorism. Just some wrong think and tasteless comments about an MP's murder. Where have I seen that before?

I wonder if they know Monty has been involved in a neo-nazi website for over a year.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn, son!
Y'all hardcore.
You jail people just for group affiliation?
They might drum you out of the military for being in the KKK here ... but I don't think they throw your ass in jail for it.
Y'all some tyrants!
