Statues
North of Vancouver is a park dedicated to Jefferson Davis. In King County is a statue of Lenin. Both of these are on private party so only people who wish to destroy the Bill of Rights would venture a proposition to destroy objects on a person property.

There are people that would venture to do such things.

Re: Statues
Since "From the Left" never followed up, I guess I better fill in the backstory:
Our local newspaper, The Columbian, gave the address of a local Confederate statue on private property, and of course, that night it got vandalized. The newspaper then hosted a long thread where presumably people from The Left applauded the vandals while the rest of us read in horror. Then, to make things worse, one of the vandal supporters was not careful and posted under their work account which was... The Columbian.

Re: Statues
To be fair most of the time they are moving the statues off to some other place in the care of some other private organization.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Yep, they lost the war. Why do have to honor traitors that would gladly kill their own country men over preserving slavery?Montegriffo wrote:
