The War On Cash
The War on Cash Intensifies: Visa Offers Restaurants $10,000 to Go Cashless
This is fairly terrifying even though I'm a lazy fuck and I use my debit card all the time

10k is as nothing to restaurants that accept cash and don't put it on tha books. The only restaurant that would be willing to do that would be one that people that still use cash are too frugal to visit anyway.

Any of you guys done much IRL bartering?
When I was a kid in west Tennessee, there was a bbq joint in town that would take a couple of squirrels or catfish in trade for some pork. I like shooting squirrels and catching catfish, but don't care for eating either very much. I do love pig, tho, so nothing went to waste, and like all honest free trades, everybody involved was happy.

There is nothing the federal government hates more than people having any kind of privacy and financial discretion in their lives.
