Long story short they don't want to count re-exports which would give Trum and his administration ammo for re-negotiating the deals.

For those who are against the deals this is nothing new, those who were for it, hate this idea.

Yes! I guess the public pays no attention to these things but I thought that if someone like Trump that can reach an audience told them that the definition of unemployment has been changed to make it look better then they'd understand.

The pressure to keep lying is too strong so far but it would be refreshing to have it more acknowledged that our numbers are fudged.
