China will never be a "freedom and liberty nation". China has been an autocracy for 2200 years. Communism isn't such a huge stretch from what they had before it.

Most of China's economic "growth", in my opinion, is the biggest Potemkin village in history. Literally in the case of the empty cities they built.

China is real. So is Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia. All of these countries are built on globalism, which is the xfer of wealth through "Free" Trade, primarily from America.

Marxism is Equality-of-Results vs. Liberty's Equality-of-Opportunity. Many Progressives, if not most, are Equality-of-Results people. Scandinavia is Equality-of-Results. France, Spain, Greece & Italy are Equality-of-Results nations. Face it, Marxism is winning.

I think Marxism is as powerful in the West as it will ever get, and it wasn't enough to stop Brexit or Trump. It's just not enough. They can still inflict enormous damage on our societies, but they are on the slow march to oblivion here.

There won't be much left of it. Europe will be the Muslim world. War with China is about it. Maybe. I think it's also likely we will have to invade Europe to rescue our cousins from their fruits of their marxism too, though.
