Vietnam is the Most Dishonest Country

As a Century Club member (someone who has visited 100+ countries), I designate Vietnam as the most dishonest country after visiting there for almost a month. Here is a list of the experiences I could think of off the top of my head:
1. Money changers at the border cheating on exchange, both entering & leaving.
2. Contraband smuggling under the seats of public buses.
3. Off-ticket passengers seated on plastic stools in the aisles of public buses.
4. Wire cages packed with dogs transported across border on public buses.
5. Many unscheduled stops of public buses for smuggling.
6. Open bribes at Immigration for fast Passport processing.
7. Street venders hop on & off public buses trying to sell to passengers.
8. My wife, Gwynne, got pick-pocketed by a pack of young boys.
9. A man tried to sell me a stolen iPhone on the street, whispering "iPhone" like a drug-dealer.
10. Beggar boys come into restaurants waiting near the table with their hands out.
11. You have to be constantly vigilant against motorcycle purse snatchers.
12. The most inconsiderate drivers to pedestrians I've ever experienced.
13. Propagandized historical parks, mostly against Americans, which would be okay if they actually presented factual information.
14. Merchants raising the price of items as you pay.
15. Cab drivers stopping in the middle drive to raise the price.

However, Vietnam is definitely a country worth visiting... Once.

My Dad visited Vietnam twice. He's not a fan either, honestly. But neither were they likely a fan of him.
