I say:

1. How many people are on social media frequently.

2. Parenting style. Helicopters vs latchkey kids.

Who said anything about doom?

Human beings have shown themselves completely incapable of making good decisions for themselves, so I welcome the Google Drone Army's dictates as a wonderful alternative to the disasters of self governance.

The availability of jobs and not part-time wage slave jobs but actual middle-class jobs. Over time a place that can afford people with a decent value of living conditions, decent taxes, with middle-class jobs (salaries that would be around 45,000-48,000 per year) you are going to see a stable population, and also stable families living in the area....
