2. Followed by the equalists (Marxism, Jill Stein).
3. And, finally, the revolutionaries (populist uprising, Black Panthers, SLA, Weather Underground, groups we haven't seen in 40 years).

It seems more of a degrees of extremism model.
But western liberals are pretty individualistic... so I don't really buy this model.
I think that soft liberals put the individual and the collective on an equal par... it's simply that their collective includes more out groups than conservatives are comfortable with.
On the right the group is important but it consists of the group to which that member is loyal and not others (immigrants for example).

progressives, i.e., collectivists, have infested the DNC....they're pushing the SWJ / political correctness agenda to dismantle western culture, which is mostly against collectivism..... the DNC is a civil war right now between progressives and corporatistits...I think what few classical liberals remain will be shoved out of the party...free thinkers are too dangerous....
