I don't play games, I mean real games, because games have rules made by fallible people who could not predict the future. Very often, in fact, so often that most games are not fun, some rule can be distorted or exploited, and the person doing that takes advantage, or both players do it, then the game isn't THE game anymore. Society is a game, and the rules come from The Constitution. Either change the rules as circumstances indicate or THE game changes.
