Their ineffectiveness is indisputable. For the same reason command economies don't work and central planners can't plan their way out of a paper bag.
Anyway - sorry if I caused offense by paraphrasing you. Just trying to clarify why I am sanguine about the Biden ed-departments inevitable failure.
My point is, stop judging them on what they say their intentions are, and judge them on their actions. Command economies by central planners suck for you and I, but Globalism has been an unparralled success for them. They can blow smoke up our collective asses all they want about how this will be good for us, but it's only good for them in the long run.
Biden will no doubt fail the middle class and traditional Americans, but the freeloaders of the 1% on top and the 20% on bottom will see him as a success.
