My point is, stop judging them on what they say their intentions are, and judge them on their actions. Command economies by central planners suck for you and I, but Globalism has been an unparralled success for them. They can blow smoke up our collective asses all they want about how this will be good for us, but it's only good for them in the long run.

Biden will no doubt fail the middle class and traditional Americans, but the freeloaders of the 1% on top and the 20% on bottom will see him as a success.

uh oh, the Democrats have apparently voted down a federal moratorium on evictions

Wall Street private equity has been buying up residential property, driving the prices up

now the Democrats have given them the leverage to throw people out into the street

so much for the Green New Deal, instead it's Gilded Age 2.0

if masses of people are getting evicted into the street all at once, seems likely to incite even more civil disorder

this is one area where I will say Canada handles things better

it's not that the Liberals here don't work for Wall Street

the elites here are just more afraid of civil unrest

Canada is highly unstable to start off with, particularly as to Quebec, this country could be ended overnight

so they do provide more support to the middle class here

not out of the kindness of the elitist hearts

it is to stave off riots in the streets, because Canada can't handle that

this is why I would stick with Trump if I could, because the alternatives are worse, more hawkish & authoritarian
