Apparently, we never ratified Article 1, mandating that we should have 1 representative per 30k population. That would make the House swell to 12,000 members today.

Yeah well I don't really care about that. They called an illegal assembly to push through the Constitution and override the Articles of Confederation. Had nothing to do with England. Less than three generations later they wiped out the South.
