Makes me wonder, could you get the couple for harassment? Did they pick the baker specifically because he was thrown to the wolves in the past and won?
Would it be considered harassment knowing full well he wouldn’t make a cake for what he concidered deviants?
Makes me wonder, could he sue the state for allowing this to start up again?

On a side note, if he wins this, will it finally put to rest the ability for companies and restaurants to deny service to anyone?

It's certainly harassment from this one attorney contacting them over and over about that same damn satanic cake. They are certainly targeting this Baker, you know liberals, one win and they have to destroy you. He's got nothing to sue the state over, the commission might back off and once that happens people will back off. Liberals that are for these laws are going to have prove one thier arguments now. That going somewhere else is not an option. They have to find another baker that won't serve them, otherwise they are persecuting this guy and that is bad PR.

They have no right to bring him to court either over this. This isn’t a double jeopardy case, but it’s damn near close to it.clubgop wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 12:41 amThe Conservative wrote: ↑Mon Aug 20, 2018 8:41 pmMakes me wonder, could you get the couple for harassment? TC, I already explained this to you, and I told you this was going to happen.

The supreme court didn't decide this case on the merits so your claims of harrassment or double jeopardy even if they did apply, wouldn't apply based on the narrow technical decision by the court.

It's not my prediction to take credit for either.
The only reason Kennedy gave for siding with the baker was because Colorado was openly hostile to him and his faith. Every honest commentator recognized that all that meant was that they could turn around and do the exact same thing all over again, but this time with no open animus, and the baker would lose.
Can everyone see how this case was intentionally crafted? They are openly flaunting the fact that they picked him and targeted him with the most egregious requests they could conceive of, specifically because they knew he would decline, and they would get to have a second run at him.
