Offshoring: that's just leaving the immigrants in their own country. (Though I'm totally against it, and it wouldn't be possible without "Free" Trade.)
You can't writeoff yachts as a Business Expense unless that's your business, and they fuckin' check.

Businesses shouldn't pay ANY Income Tax at all, it should be passed through to the owners who pay at their Progressive rate. (Haven't you been paying attention.)

"Loopholes" are what Republicans & Flat-Taxers call what the Middle Class get. There's nothing any tax code can do about companies, which is one of the reasons they should be eliminated altogether. I could rig up something for a corporation to minimize taxes in half a day or so, and there's nothing the tax code could do about it except invade Nevis.
