Re: RIP
Could be the curse of Long Meg. Maybe I should have just counted the stones once and left it at that.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Re: RIP
I can't believe he survived killing so many sailors when he set an aircraft on fire by deliberately wet-starting his aircraft. I read somewhere he was among the first to be evacuated even though he suffered no injuries. Wonder why?
I don't know about the squids, but in the 1960s USAF, if just some average dude caused that many fatalities in a reckless stunt, and for whatever reason it was covered up, the flight line dudes would find a way to kill him sooner or later. Tragic hydraulic leak accidents happen all the time. 3000 psi of justice.

Damn near lost a carrier over his stupidity. He was an Admirals son, so he got a pass.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 10:26 amI can't believe he survived killing so many sailors when he set an aircraft on fire by deliberately wet-starting his aircraft. When you look at McCain objectively, there's not much good there. Even if he did serve honorably in the Hanoi Hilton, which many doubt. He pulled so much dirty underhanded stuff it doesn't balance out. Just his role in creating ISIS alone offsets most of it.
Obama will give his eulogy.

Just look at all the shit he broke, though. He ditched two aircarft abefore the fire, which took out his third aircraft, then all the other aircraft on deck, then the entire flight deck of an aircraft carrier and several decks beneath. The last aircraft he lost was a snafu I guess, since Charlie actually got that one.
Seems to me Charlie fucked up in taking him prisoner. Did Charlie ever take an entire aircraft carrier out of commission? How many of their guys managed to destroy four aircraft?
