What I am saying is those problems have different causes with different solutions. It isn't at all clear to me how a Trump presidency solves any of them. He is currently president, after all, and the problems persist.
I am assuming you think the presidential bully pulpit will have downstream local effects that you like, but I doubt it, and we could get into the specific political reasons why, if you like.
