This is not normal. If this happened last year when Clinton was being investigated, those in favor of this would have been calling for Obama's impeachment.
If you think this is good, I'd like to know what gov't agency should be able to able to investigate the executive branch, in a law enforcement capacity. When it's a future president you oppose, will this type of action be OK?

So Comey lied to congress again when he testified he found nothing and the case was closed on Trump.
