24 years left on the lease, yours for only £150k.
No water, electricity or residential planning permission.

We sell the exact same thing here and I'm sure it's the same thing. It's the same thing as the sheds that every big block hardware store sells but lately they have been introducing lines that look like tiny homes. Fucking amazing price they want over there for it. Reminds me of the lucrative business some Americans get into selling used RV's to Australians.

Look at Reeds ferry sheds. 15k for the same thing they are selling for 120k+.

Reeds ferry builds a shed based on house plans. In other words it’s a house shell used for a shed instead.

Not even. I built my shed for $700.

You can absolutely build one for $700.

If you don't have any (or very few) windows.
Start adding windows, a sunroof, garage door... some of that stuff can add up fast.
Still not gonna be $15k doing it yourself, but you could easily hit a few grand with some extra features.

Maybe you could do it cheap if you used a portable toilet and some home Depot generator to power a few lights, propane camp stove, etc.

Eh, 5 gallon bucket and you can get a toilet seat that fits on top. If you live near SF you can just drive to a city street and dump it out there every few days, they pay good money for people to deal with that "shit". ;)

It’s built on the same requirements of a house... also, 15k is their largest... if you look at the sizes, etc. you’ll see it’s meant for quite a bit to fit into it.

It’s not your normal 7x10 space.

So if you wanted to add electricity, plumbing, etc. you could.
