I think the courts used to work? I may have been young & brainwashed at the time but at least I had faith in them.

If you can't figure out a way to get this through the courts in a legal basis, then what is the use of claiming your legal prowess? And yes, I am calling you out. You throw legal stuff at us all the time, and the time where we say it needs to go to the courts, you kop out and say that the courts are rigged.

Well, if they are rigged, how do you beat them at their own game? It has to be possible, otherwise, there is no reason to ever go to court over anything.

I'm not asking your opinion about if using the courts is a smart idea because going to court as an attempt to do anything is never smart, but sometimes it's the only way to get things done when all other avenues have been tried. I am asking though is there a chance if this is brought to the courts as an unconstitutional and legal abuse of power, in what way would you think it could be done so successfully?

Also, for the Muller hoax and the Michael Flynn prosecution, you had to know there was pressure from other places that forced both to go the way they did. It doesn't weaken my resolve when it comes to beating corruption, it just means we need to be smarter and not come attacking unprepared.

As I have said before, going on the attack without being prepared is a fool's errand.

Today it's under 40 degrees outside and my son and I are waiting for the bus. He huddles into me to stay warm even though he is wearing more clothes than I am... the bus comes, I tell my son to put his mask on before getting on the bus (they demand it, it's not a request), which is on the other side of the road when they pull up. So they got to stop traffic and wait for my son to get to the bus doors. Before he even gets on the bus the mask is on. The bus driver says "Make sure he has the mask on before I pull up."

I told her no. I said that she is never on time, and it takes less time for him to put his mask on than it does to walk to the bus, and you won't get COVID by him not having a mask on outside of the bus.

She was far from happy, I expect I will get a phone call later about it, but I don't care. They can go fuck a goose if they think they are going to tell me what to do on my own property.

My son, Heath, is having a 12 X 4 Party (12 fun runs every 4 hours) and he's using our house as homebase. He warned me that there might be some politics, I think asking me to be cool about it but I said, "I won't be chased out of my house: I'll do the chasing." We'll see how it goes: I've given you guys enough examples of my encounters that you know it's always the other side that escalates: I simply won't back down.
