Well, until they push it out, the Biden Admin has no teeth in any threat they make.DBTrek wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 1:39 pmWhere did they say OSHA wasn't going to push it?The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 1:32 pmIf they have already said OSHA is not going to push it, Biden has no leverage. This may be a moot point.
Last I read OSHA is simply pushing it without input from employers, or answering any questions.
OSHA already had a restrictive COVID plan ready to go, but it got scuttled when infection rates started plummeting. They're still sore at Biden for not implementing their original plan.

Ok.
Both you and Carlus had mentioned OSHA not pushing it - so I always get my hopes up.
But looking into it yesterday I just saw that they were pissed their first plan didn't get implemented.
And now they're doing the second plan in secret, and struggling with writing it to differentiate between vaccinated and unvaccinated workers. All other prior OSHA wules apparently just target "workers" - so this is their first time breaking workers into sub-classes.
At least, that's what I read.

I'm not getting my hopes up, we just have a temporary firewall until we get this into the courts. Then we see how it plays out.DBTrek wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 1:51 pmOk.

I feel sad for anyone who thinks that the government's court is the place to go to do battle with the government.
Don't forget your pocket constitution. If things get bad, you can always pull it out and wave it around. It has the same effect as hitting the "hyperspace" button when playing Asteroids. Don't forget to click the heels of your ruby slippers three times also and chant "There's no place like home" like a Gregorian monk.

Saw a documentary on it - that shit will get anyone off the court system train.
Dude served 28 years for non-violent drug charges.
They hitman hired to kill him, and who confessed to 30 other murders, served 17 years.
Yay courts.

I think the courts used to work? I may have been young & brainwashed at the time but at least I had faith in them.

If you ever want to scroll through it at 2x speed (or just watch it like a normie), this may ruin your outlook on the courts:Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Sep 28, 2021 2:44 pmI think the courts used to work? I may have been young & brainwashed at the time but at least I had faith in them.
