Same as we just saw on the Texas Heartbeat Act I reckon. That will get cobbled together pretty quick.

I wouldn't worry too much about court packing. That bill won't get a sniff in the house or the Senate.

That also won't be relevant either, because I expect a coalition of the federal employees in SCOTUS to back Biden's play. Kavanaugh and Roberts plus the three you-know-whats for starters.

Anyway, there's a remedy, and a good one. But it doesn't involve reliance on the federal government. Quite the opposite of course. A healthy dose of old fashioned 1798 Jefferson nullification, Alien and Sedition Acts style is in order for this sick old patient. It only takes one out of fifty to kick off the ballgame.

I'm not banking on the RNC to get the dice out of the cup, though. So, is there a single state that isn't utterly pozzed?

I was just cynically commenting on the ridiculousness of it all. Now I'm hearing Washington DC Federal Employees will be exempt from the Vaccine Mandate.
