I see a lot of bloviating from the right but no actual action.
This.

‘Trust the plan’ right?
Where's the Mandalay bay shooting motive?
Where are the Election fraud investigation findings?
Where are the dozens of sealed indictments for the attempted coup against Trump?
Where's the Kraken?

RNC sues.
Fife - what is likelihood of fast track to SCOTUS?

Same as we just saw on the Texas Heartbeat Act I reckon. That will get cobbled together pretty quick.

I wouldn't worry too much about court packing. That bill won't get a sniff in the house or the Senate.

That also won't be relevant either, because I expect a coalition of the federal employees in SCOTUS to back Biden's play. Kavanaugh and Roberts plus the three you-know-whats for starters.

Anyway, there's a remedy, and a good one. But it doesn't involve reliance on the federal government. Quite the opposite of course. A healthy dose of old fashioned 1798 Jefferson nullification, Alien and Sedition Acts style is in order for this sick old patient. It only takes one out of fifty to kick off the ballgame.

I'm not banking on the RNC to get the dice out of the cup, though. So, is there a single state that isn't utterly pozzed?

At least 5 governors have said ‘nope’. Looks like we’ll be back to SCOTUS shortly.

Post Office Exempt
The United States Postal Service (USPS) workers will be exempt from the mandatory vaccine requirements of all federal workers.

Trust the science!
How much of an issue is it if the gov workers coming into continuous contact with the public dont need the jab
My last comment was sarcasm, FYI.

Yeah, and good sarcasm too.
I was just cynically commenting on the ridiculousness of it all. Now I'm hearing Washington DC Federal Employees will be exempt from the Vaccine Mandate.

Some counter points at to why SCOTUS will shoot down hard...

Beginning to think this was designed to fail with the Postal worker exception in there from the get go....

For once, federal Unions might do some good for the general public.

Assuming this gets shot down, the public can no longer ignore the DNC are authortians. Interesting tonsee how this plays in next election assuming our elections are still honest - which seems unlikely at this loint.

Current view of states that said no.
That’s 22/50 for those keeping score at home.
