Re: Europe, Boring Until it's Not
While I am a monarchist, I never could be bothered about the tabloid and royalty magazine's reporting on princess such and such new hat, or on prince such and such abundant yield of potatoes on their organic farm.
But I guess it looks nice. Not very sniper safe, though.

This is going to get really ramped up over the next couple of weeks. Luckily the wedding day is during my Juggling convention so I can ignore it with ease.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Nah, no thanks to Catholic ISIS Kings. And Catholic kings hold the Pope closer to God than themselves. Everyone knows that the Crown is bestowed directly from God, anyway:Speaker to Animals wrote:BjornP wrote:While I am a monarchist, I never could be bothered about the tabloid and royalty magazine's reporting on princess such and such new hat, or on prince such and such abundant yield of potatoes on their organic farm.

Wrong.
We will correct your infidelity with love, but it will likely involve the rack.

Oh dear, sounds like it's about time to sack Rome again...Of course, these days even Iceland could airdrop into what's left of the Papal State, set the Pope on fire, and burn Saint Peter's to the ground. No wait, you'd probably like another pope.... We kill all BUT the Pope, and leave only black, asian and other non-white cardinals.

Hey now, our feminists don't look like the fashion disasters yours do. Comes with most of them having jobs, probably. And they're more sane than their Swedish and American counterparts.

Your men have vaginas and your army is unionized.
You will be saved from heresy.

Pfft! Vaginal men? Must clearly be Sweden you're thinking of and unions represent the Divine Right of The Proletariat Army to organize in mutual self-interest - though excluding the right to strike.Speaker to Animals wrote:Your men have vaginas and your army is unionized.
