Or perhaps he would prefer to be sentenced by one of those semi-official Sharia courts they have now in GB.
He deserves everything that comes to him.
No he doesn't. Monte is not a person that should be prosecuted for his stupidity, just like that scotsman shouldn't be prosecuted for his. We're all idiots from time to time, that doesn't mean it's totally deserved that the state put the boot down on us.

But really, he COULD be convicted for some posts on this forum, if the law is equal for everybody. Just in this thread he's been uttering the phrase "kill all jews", of course just as to prove a point of what NOT to say, but if phrases can be taken out of context, and be used to convict people, he could too.

Or if he were to make a joke about the Irish and potatoes. It would be way more offensive than what this scotsman did, as he's British, and the Irish were dying in vast numbers because of British policy.

So Monte, have you ever made an Irish potato famine in public, where some Irishman could've overheard you, you could've been subjected to a harsher penalty than that scotsman.

And that's fucking insane.

Oh, he definitely deserves it.

No question.

You don't get to support other people being jailed for words without being held to the same standard.

He wants to see others jailed for wrongthink, he deserved the same prison.

Jailed? See if you can find me calling for anyone to get jailed for hate speech, at the same time try and find who posted the Jesus on the cross pic.
I'll save you the time, I've never done either.

He is not in jail. He has not been sentenced yet and is unlikely to face any jail time for this.
Stop clutching at pearls everyone it makes you look ridiculous.

It doesn't matter if he's going to face jail time or not. That video was enough to get him convicted, and turn him into a criminal.

Did you even see the video?

Every single one of us has made a joke in public that could be interpreted as more offensive than what this guy did.

It's not even about hate speech laws, because this is clearly not hate speech. He didn't intend to stir up hate, or have a go at jews or the holocaust in any shape or form. Noone could watch that video, and be somewhat more inclined towards hating jews. He has a god damn hammer and sickle tattoo, and the right wingers didn't pay him any attention before the constabulary decided to make an example of him.

Sure, some might be offended. But why should the fact that some people are offended, be grounds for criminal prosecution? Did his video stir up hatred? No, but the prosecution sure did. Did anyone actually go out and caused harm towards the jewish community because of this video? Hell no.

I think my grandma had the right idea when she would just hide money in the attic instead of trusting the banks back in the day.
Sky News:
Around £90m seized from dormant UK bank accounts will be used to tackle racial inequality among jobseekers.

The fund will be announced by Prime Minister Theresa May later today as part of a drive to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into work.

She is expected to slam the sharp disparities revealed in a racial disparity report released last October and pledge more funding to improve opportunities.

Mrs May is due to speak at a Birmingham-based charity that helps young people into work, inviting organisations like it to apply for the money.

It is being funded by cash seized from UK bank accounts that have remained dormant for more than 15 years.
That is some insane shit. Is this even legal? How can an account be dormant? That’s what people do, they put money in the bank to save it for decades even for retirement or their kids or whatever. Are these dead people’s accounts? If so, shouldn’t they go to the families?

Birmingham is pretty much entirely non-White at this point btw.

And all those corporations didn’t seem keen on putting up much of a fight. When it comes down to taking White people’s money away, all of a sudden the sanctity of property rights and capitalism doesn’t seem to register in these big corps minds.

There needs to be a run on the banks for doing this sort of shit. Your money isn’t safe anymore. Furthermore, if the Jews are successful in pushing digitized currency, there may come a point when they penalize you for having savings by creating negative interest rates. In other words, your money will start disappearing the longer you keep it in the account.

That’s the next step.

Start keeping cash on hand and start thinking about cryptocurrencies, fam.

I’m no financial advisor and I have no product to sell you, it just seems clear to me where everything is headed in Airstrip One and the rest of Western Europe.

Hell, I could see British patriots just getting their accounts confiscated and handed over to pakis at the rate things are goin.

And this under a conservative PM. Think what will happen if Labor gets into power again – and they definitely will as the non-White population grows.

Theresa May is making a transparent attempt at bribing the voters in Birmingham. And it just won’t work.

I have watched the video several times and I find it extremely uncomfortable to hear "do you want to gas the Jews" over and over again.
If he had stopped at seig heil there would have been no fuss made about this.
You think only the far right hate Jews? You only need to look at the trouble the anti-Semitic crowd within the Labour party's far left have got into recently to see that is nonsense.
Whether he intended to cause offence or not is irrelevant. He posted that shit where anyone could see it and left it there long after his girlfriend had watched it. I have no sympathy for him. Stupid is no defence in law.
