He is being morally, ethically and professionally selective.
One Example: He felt compelled to get all this about Trump pressuring him, out to the public. But he didn't feel compelled to do it with Lynch pressuring him, in fact he just went along.
Why the 2 different standards, WHY THE 2 ORDERS !
I can buy Comey is politically motivated to a degree that would bother Trump supporters.
But that doesn't mean it was a bad idea for him to record his conversations with POTUS, or that his recordings or unreliable. It just means Trump supporters have good reasons to wish he hadn't.
I'm guessing Comey's conversations with the POTUS as he later wrote in his Memos are 90% accurate. Doesn't bother me a bit. My problem is with Comey, the man's leadership style is Political Leadership. Political Leaders key feature is that they rise to power by the control of information. Then apply that information for their best benefit. Not the organization as a whole.
How do you feel that your head LEO is selectively applying the law ?

I feel like selective application of the law is potentially one of the biggest threats there is to the rule of law.
That doesn't mean I think that it is invalidated when it is applied though. Lefty, cultural Marxist that I am, I fortunately finished up my schoolin' before critical theory really took off.

Mr. Comey, is it true that you didn't want to be left alone in a room with the President ever again because he might force you to eat nothingburgers and they give you swamp gas?
"She had yellow hair and she walked funny and she made a noise like... O my God, please don't kill me! "
Well, I was certainly wrong about Comey's testimony being a Nothing Burger. He's actually been implicating himself and the Establishment quite well.
Several things on this.
1) The Senate Intell Committee knows the FBI was influence improperly by the Tarmac Meeting, and they have done nothing
2) Comey played ball on the wording of the investigation as he was influenced to do by Lynch
3) This opens this whole thing up to investigation

Not really anything actionable on Trump, but damn things like
1) I Leaked the Memo through a 3rd party non government person
2) My intent on Leaking was to get a Special Counsel Appointed
3) The Obama Admin Pressured me and I complied.
Oh Shit............. before you come on here and say this is an echo chamber, check out what Chris 'legs thrills' Mathews just said
Trump-Russia collusion theory 'came apart' with Comey testimony
Liberal MSNBC host Chris Matthews said Thursday the accusation that President Trump directly colluded with Russia to interfere in the U.S. election "came apart" following former FBI Director James Comey's testimony in front of Congress.

That shit has to be Illegal..................... Legal Eagles ? Confirm please
It is my understanding that by getting a Special Prosecutor appointed the investigation remains confidential. If that is correct and he states in that video that he woke up in the middle of the night with the thought that there might be a recording of the conversation so he leaked his memo with the hope to get a Special Prosecutor appointed. It sounds as if he was worried that any audio would make its way to the public.
