But Brady is the greatest and Belichek is the greatest coach. Period.
I'm not ready to concede the first point - I still think Manning was the better QB. Montana and some others are comparable as well.

But I firmly believe there's never been a system like Belichek and Co. - even if they do cut corners from time to time. They're the best analytical and strategic group that's ever managed a game.

Sounds like a liberal copout to me...

You could make that argument before this super bowl, not after. Manning and Montana take a back seat to Brady, just because Brady had a great system doesn't mean that Manning and Montana are better because they didn't play on teams who were as good and well coached for as long. You could make the argument that Manning is the better QB in the regular season, but not of all-time. Montana got passed by Brady a while back, but still has the best track record in the Super Bowl itself of any QB. They both have niches where they are better than Brady, but all-around Brady is easily the greatest QB ever.

Pretending otherwise is an attempt to try to give Belichick too much credit, the coach can't play the game for his team folks, he deserves a ton of credit, but not all of it.

The statement starting with "I feel" is the beginning of an emotional conversation, one that no one person can ever win. Hence a liberal statement, and in turn a copout.

I'm with you on the copout tip. Haters gonna hate, Brady had nothing to do with it, it was all Belichick according to them.

Says the dude who gives Belichick all the credit and thinks Jay Cutler wouldn't be much of a drop off from Tom Brady in such a great system.

Does that sound like an absolute to you, or a 'liberal copout'? I'm getting confused on which brush you morons are painting me with?

Anyone who thinks Brady isn't good has no right to call anyone else a moron.

I do think he's good. He's one of the greats. I'm just not sure he's The Greatest.

The Pats won a whole lot of games without him in the past few years.
