Best real estate, industries etc. Morsi got the boot in part because he didn't know shit about military affairs and wanted to start a war with Ethiopia over Nile river usage. The Turks are nominally NATO, but I've never been impressed with them, they're good at beating up on defenseless people, but they generally get their asses handed to them in a stand up fight.
