If the US did not have a law against foreign funding of politicians, would you have voted for Trump if he had admitted to being funded by the Chinese government and if he refuted any criticism of China's policies whenever faced with it?

It really is one thing to respect Russia and wanting to work with them, like Trump, and then on the other side being directly bankrolled by them and being a mouthpiece for them in return.

Quelle surprise! Borrowing money from the Kremlin comes with strings:

In any case, Fillon - a religiously Catholic conservative, is rather Putin friendly as wel:

So, those of you who think appeasement is the ultimate way to conduct foreign policy, don't worry, you are likely going to win in any case. ;)

"Oriented towards" meaning what excatly?

If "being oriented toward" equals taking money from the Kremlin to push the policies of the Russian state, then I doubt that that's the case for past French leaders. Plenty of Communists did do that, and several modern day hardline European Communists still support Russia's efforts to take the US down a notch.

And again, if Trump was on the way to bankruptcy, got a loan from the Chinese to fund his presidential run, and promised to promote Chinese interests in return..... you telling you would absolutely NOT see that as if not outright treason, then as something close to it?

Meaning they don't like us, and cooperating with Russia was their way of saying fuck yall.

And why do you think we would care if Le Pen borrows money from Russia? The only thing we care about is saving Europe.

Apart from Spain (41 per cent) and the UK (47 per cent), a majority in every country wanted a ban on Muslim immigrants. Across all countries, an average of 20 per cent disagreed with the statement, and in no country did the percentage that disagreed surpass 32 per cent.

The largest resistance to Muslim migration came from Poland with 71 per cent agreeing on a total Muslim migration ban. Following is Austria (65 per cent), who were initially welcoming of migrants at the start of the migrant crisis. As the crisis wore on, the government of former Chancellor Werner Faymann collapsed and the subsequent government led by Christian Kern has taken a harder stance on migration.

The Hungarians who have, along with Poland, taken a firm anti-mass migration stance comes in third with 64 per cent tied with Belgium. The Hungarian result comes as little surprise to many as Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has highlighted the importance of maintaining Europe’s Christian character.

Belgium, which has a large Muslim population particularly in areas of Brussels like Molenbeek, is a more shocking result. Belgium has also had huge problems with the growing radical Islam scene.

The government was forced to admit that several Muslims danced and cheered after the Brussels terror attacks last year and one of the Bataclan massacre attackers in Paris was hidden for months in Molenbeek before his arrest.

And to what an extent, excatly, have they cooperated with Russia? Link, please.

Not asking you to care about it. Asking you to answer a simple question. Could you respect an openly traitorous politician like her if you were French, or if Trump was similarly openly in the pockets of the Chinese?

Russia is not part of Western civilization. They're not Western, do not have a history of holding any Western values, and have no Western history. Nor do they for the most part even consider themselves European. Putin allows sharia law, considers Islam closer to Orthodox Christianity than Catholicism and closes newspapers and tv stations critical of his politics. So how on God's Green Earth is allying with Putin "Saving Europe"? The guy's more anti-European and anti-Western than most 2nd and 3rd generations Muslims , here.

I got no problem with electing immigration hardliners, or nationalists for that matter, but ffs.... We don't need Russian help to protect our own borders from a bunch of ragged refugees from Syria, Afghanistan and North Africa. The only outside country that matters in that regard currently, from a realpolitik POV, is Turkey, which houses about a million refugees in Turkey alone and... if they feel like it, can let them stream across their border and into the EU.

Refugees who, by the way, for the most part are returning to their home countries now. Especially from countries like my own, who they found out, isn't Sweden. And even Sweden found out it had to put the brakes on.

Where has this strawman of yours called Bjorn expressed support of increasing, or simply retaining, current levels of immigration from any third world country?

Go on, quote me actually defending that, bitch. :liar: 8-)
