Once all the sick children, the old people, and those incapable of contributing to the social good stop exhaling all that CO2, the footprint begins to move towards neutrality, and then a huge net positive.

Not to mention the carbon produced from the transportation to and from medical facilities, the carbon produced administering treatments, and the carbon produced to feed an aging population year over year.
