That part is hopefully something all sane societies would arrest someone for.
As for the "if the stamp on the passport says British, you're one of us" thing that Monte's arguing for, though.... Seems like somewhat of an anti-social mindset. A society without any sort of shared values is not a society, at all. While nationalism is the stupid romantization, fetishising and idealization of one's nation, the folly of national-
ism cannot serve as a good counter-argument against the value
having or being a nation, period. You can have Jews, Sikhs, Muslims, whatever be part of that British nation and obviously Brits already have that to some extent, but this just proves that there needs to be a shared cultural value, a sense by all those people that they're part of a tribe
together with the British.
