This all very revealing. If people like GCF and his Democrat party get in power, they will be all too happy to "live with terrorist attacks." regulary and if you don't like it and speak out against it, fuck your free speech. He keeps saying "it's not America." But it's clear he wants it to be.

Nah, in GCF-land, you could say whatever you wanted to. You could also vote in the public referendum on almost any domestic issue, from your laptop in between porn sessions. As executive, I would have veto power on any measure with less than a 10% margin, but otherwise, you'd decide your own fate. Federal law would extend only to Constitutional issues, the rest decided by states. State law would only extend to State Constitutional issues, the rest decided by municipalities.

Corporations would be taxed progressively, as they approached a given percentage of GDP, and individuals would be on a flat tax across the board.

Personal freedom would be absolute, and end sharply at the point of oppressing or victimizing someone else. Free speech would also be absolute, and end at the point of harassment. All life-sentence prison terms would be changed to executions. Lobbyists would be banned from government property, and government officials banned from lobbying for 2 years after leaving office. All public positions would carry a 2-term limit, and be re-elected every 5 years. Any conviction of corruption in office would carry a prison term, non-negotiable.

Death penalty over life imprisonment ins't a bad idea per se, it just depends on what how you view ethical questions. For me, the idea of living in a cage for the rest of my life is nightmarish, but if I had to pick I don't know if I could decide death penalty for myself over life imprisonment, even if it would end my suffering. I do agree that there is the problem of false convictions though. But our government makes those kinds of life and death calculations all the time. During every war we fight, there have been civilians that have ended up dying. Its not like we can give life back to them anymore than we can people wrongly executed, but for a lot of people, the benefit of winning the war outweighs the collateral damage cost, so it is what it is. I don't know how I feel about death penalty tbh. I'm not losing too much sleep over it though, because most people on death row are pieces of dogshit.

Well, perhaps we should revisit the idea of ridiculous life sentencing then. Somehow it's ok to lock a human being in a cage for the rest of their existence, but some kind of Terrible Act to kill them with drugs?

The difference is nil, in my opinion. Both should not be used so freely.
