I think there are plenty of Dems that want to dump Biden. It's quite a quandry for them.
He's been sitting there at 30 percent, not gaining, not losing forever. Warren is gaining ground, but not from Biden, from other losers that are dropping out.

Many Wall Street Dems have stated that if they nominate Warren, they will vote for Trump.

It's going to be fun to watch.

There are plenty of Dems who won't to dump all these candidates, but the establishment wants Biden or Warren to win. They are not really picking sides, so much as they are trying to hold the rest of the field down and get them to drop out. They want a foot in both camps until it becomes obvious which one will win, then they are all going to jump off the fence and on to that bandwagon, probably after Super Tuesday.

To keep hardcore Dems onboard, ones who have been endlessly propagandized that Trump is days away from being removed from office, they MUST impeach or at least try to impeach, whether or not it’s successful. Very similar to Trump’s Wall promises.

I think it's more to keep them at bay in primary challenges. But same general idea. The wall is being built there are pictures cant take pictures of an impeachment that isn't happening.

The Dems in anything that isn't a deep blue district shouldn't worry about being primary'd by the far left, supporting impeachment in any swing districts is going to give the Republican they are running against a huge gift. The far left has won no house elections outside of deep blue territory.

I wouldn't be that worried about a far left candidate winning a primary in a swing district anyway, and it's not worth sabotaging their general election chances to stave off a threat that has little chance of beating them.

They already are being primaried. Winning or losing ain't the issue. Getting a primary challenge means money, staff, time all dedicated going away from the general. It also let's the opposition sit back and scout for weakness. Take a look at Dem Congressman in Trump districts many of them do support the inquiry they are trying to play the same balancing act as Pelosi is. And if Biden goes down that could open the floodgates for these far lefties to push forward and even Leeroy Jenkins some of these districts.

The primaries are coming for the non-far left candidates regardless of whether they support impeachment or not, caving won't save them from that fate. Any republican supporting impeachment is going get primary'd as well, so that balancing act isn't going to save them either. If they are worried about primaries empowering their political enemies is not the way to stave that off.

It's just incompetence clubby, there is no logic at play here.
