You just completely made up shit that never happened.
You've been here one day, and you're already lying.

In case you haven't noticed we hate nearly all the media because as you point out, they are all on the same side. Hell, we only tolerate fox for Tucker. So your first point is kind of lost on yourself not us. We are aware it's more than CNN alone.HarryK wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:24 pmTheReal_ND wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:17 pmTechnically correct about what? You never made an assertion.
Then ya don’t read. Okeefenokee made the case that CNN was intervening with the Paul Manafort trial. He said that I didn’t read it. Well I just quoted from the same source document which btw there were 6 other media entities besides CNN filing said motion. I also citied in his “evidence” the media’s 1st amendment right (ya know freedom of the press, even the sources you hate) and demonstrated that they had legal standing to file said motion. Even you as a citizen could of filed for this as well. And it’s up to the judge to make a decision on all the motions stated by the Media Coalition (once again not just CNN).
So it’s apparent that you have already lopped off one of the most awesome aspects of the 1st amendment. Ask Benjamin Franklin how much he loved the press back in his day.
Just so you're tracking, this never happened. You made this up.HarryK wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:24 pmTheReal_ND wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:17 pmTechnically correct about what? You never made an assertion.

Same source you flew in my face pg 204. Sections I and II. Go ahead and post the entire motion if you have the stones to do it.Okeefenokee wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:30 pmYou just completely made up shit that never happened.

Yes they have legal standing to do this as you say. So that means it's ok for them to intimidate the jury and judge because yadda yadda freeze peach and shit, the same press that doesn't give one fuck about free speech coincidentally. Ok. Cool story bro.

Then you have nothing to say because we have established that the media is engaging in jury intimidation, the judge has been threatened, but its whatever. Thanks for weighing in then I guess. What was your point in dropping in to even post?HarryK wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:39 pmTheReal_ND wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:31 pmIn case you haven't noticed we hate nearly all the media because as you point out, they are all on the same side. Tough titty said the kitty. And no I didn’t say that either.
No you stupid twat. The purpose of freedom of the press is that they have the legal right to post ye old boltters & dockets of any criminal activity to inform us citizens of their crimes. The original framers wanted an open press to provide sunshine where crimes hides in the dark. Being selected as a juror (grand or trial member) is the ultimate responsibility of upholding the constitution. And when privacy vs public interferes with your constitutional rights it’s up to the Judical Branch to decide what will be made public and what stays sealed.TheReal_ND wrote: ↑Sun Aug 19, 2018 3:55 pmThen you have nothing to say because we have established that the media is engaging in jury intimidation, the judge has been threatened, but its whatever.
