No you stupid twat. The purpose of freedom of the press is that they have the legal right to post ye old boltters & dockets of any criminal activity to inform us citizens of their crimes. The original framers wanted an open press to provide sunshine where crimes hides in the dark. Being selected as a juror (grand or trial member) is the ultimate responsibility of upholding the constitution. And when privacy vs public interferes with your constitutional rights it’s up to the Judical Branch to decide what will be made public and what stays sealed.

All your seeing now posted by Okeefenokee is just a simple motion, plain and simple. But our laws state that it’s the burden of the defendant to explain what such information should be kept out of the press. The judge who must forgoe his/her “bias” the ensure a fair trial no matter how big or small the spectacle is.

So yeah CNN and the Media Coalition is not out the harass the jurors “per see”, but how many times have you’ve seen jurors cash in after the trial. Well the media tends to use said documents to verify that potential interview. Because mind you if they use a false source their liabilty exposure will make them bankrupt in a heartbeat.

In light of recent political developments and Trump derangement syndrome this comes down to jury intimidation. I see the point of what you are saying, but remember also, the mafia has used the same exact tactics. The fact that the media is acting like the mafia is not lost on me. Now that being said, I find the Manafort question an interesting one. Why should the media care so much? I ascribe malicious intent to the soured ukranian deal via Biden and other moneyed peoples that run the media and were big donors to the Clinton campaign.
