Might be English citizens, or might not, you see a black person in England do you just assume they were born in Africa?

Well far be it for me to criticize another Nation's immigration or even citizenship policy. I find it somewhat odd that a 75 IQ Paki has such an easy time immigrating to England while it's like pulling teeth for South Africans.
Must be nice to have a passport based on skin color.
